Rules & Regulations:

  • The majority of the festival booth must include handcrafted or handmade items.
  • No security will be provided. City police will conduct extra patrols. The chamber will not be responsible for lost or stolen items nor will the chamber be responsible for accidents.
  • The Talihina Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any exhibit with full refund.
  • All display props must be provided by the exhibitor. you must keep your display area neat and clean. Dispose of trash appropriately, trash receptacles will be available.
  • The festival committee will determine booth locations.
  • Set up times will be: 12-7pm Friday, November 4th and 6:30-8am Saturday, November 5th.
  • All booths must be ready to begin selling at 9am! late arrivals may result in not being able to set up or outdoor placement – subject to the Talihina Chamber of Commerce decision.
  • All exhibits must be maintained until 5pm. do not start packing / closing until 4pm. (if customers are still about you may stay longer) there are no exceptions. Early closing will be subject to a $10.00 early packing / closing fee and the possibility of not being in another chamber sponsored event or festival. If you sell out, you must keep your booth maintained until the end.
